Bylaws

The eighth GSMath Conference will take place in Nacogdoches, Texas in person, during February 23-25, 2024. The participants will arrive at the conference hotel, Comfort Suites Nacogdoches, where the conference social hour and reception takes place during 5:00-8:00 pm on Friday, February 23. The hotel's address is 3429 South St, Nacogdoches, TX 75964.

The conference itself will take place in the Bush Mathematical Sciences Building on the campus of Stephen F. Austin State University on Saturday, February 24, where the conference check-in is available and the breakfast is served during 7:30-8:30 am. The details can be found at the conference agenda indicated at this webpage. The conference building is shown on the campus map indicated at this webpage. The conference on the campus of Stephen F. Austin State University will end after the banquet during 5:30-7:30 pm on Saturday, February 24. The participants will then return to the conference hotel. There will be breakfast served for student participants at the conference hotel during 7:30-9:30 am on Sunday, February 25. There will also be breakfast served for the faculty participants during 8:00-9:30 am on Sunday, February 25, where there will be some additional interactions among the faculty. The details can be found in the conference agenda.

The suggested travel timeline is the arrival on February 23 at the conference hotel and the departure on February 25. The keynote speaker at the conference will be Dr. Sandra Richardson from the National Science Foundation.
